Sheep River Health Trust
Strong Roots Initiative is grateful to have Sheep River Health Trust as a funding partner of the Essential Roots Initiative, helping expand access to essential supports for individuals and families in our community.
Pivot Society
Pivot Society exists to inspire transformation and create lasting change in the lives of individuals impacted by addiction, gang involvement, and the justice system.
Together, we are working to create opportunities for young people through connection, mentorship, positive relationships, and community engagement. By supporting one another's missions, we are helping build stronger communities and safer futures for youth.
The Raven Program through Trellis Society
The Raven Program is a specialized supportive housing and recovery initiative that provides intensive, wrap-around case management and lodge-style transitional housing for young adults with complex mental health, substance use, justice, and child protection involvement.
Strong Roots Initiative is proud to deliver Keys to the City within the Raven Program, creating opportunities for participants to access personalized support as they work toward greater independence and wellbeing.
GRIT N' HUSTLE
GRIT N HUSTLE and Strong Roots Initiative collaborate to promote physical, mental, and community wellbeing through monthly wellness challenges. Together, we create accessible opportunities that inspire people to move, connect, and support one another while actively building community.
