Service Description

Participants will be challenged to define their own professional “we”—what protect and serve truly means within their role, mandate, and community—and to reflect on whether their values, mission, and day-to-day practices are aligned. Practical tools and tangible strategies will be provided throughout, including approaches to harm reduction, relational safety, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Core pillars of safety—psychological, emotional, physical, and mental—are explored as essential components of effective prevention.
